Our standard minimum is 12 units for embroidery. However, we can make some exceptions. As always, it’s best to send us an email or give us a call to discuss your project and the scope to get an accurate quote. Less than minimum would be subject to an additional fee.

Almost anything can be embroidered! It’s a long lasting and durable solution to keep your design looking great! Baseball caps, hoodies, jackets, sweaters, toques, etc. can all be embroidered. If you have something in mind and aren’t’ sure whether you should embroider or screen print, it’s always best to get in touch with us via email or give us a call to discuss.

The file format used for embroidery is a DST file. Not everyone will have a DST file and that’s totally okay! If you have a vector file such as an Ai or PDF, we can always create a DST file for you. This may be an additional charge. However, once we create this file – it is yours!

Our embroidery process typically takes 14-21 days. This can vary depending on the season and product availability.

We can provide you with a sample of the item if you are curious to see what it would look like before we place a larger order. This may be subject to additional cost if no order is placed or changed.
